Large tent structures and event products typically require freight shipping with curbside delivery. Please be prepared to receive and inspect your shipment upon delivery.


Shipping Timeframes

  2. Transit Time — Delivery from our warehouse to your location

Estimated delivery timeframes vary based on product specifications and shipping location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Royal Tent USA is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Carrier shipping delays

  • Supply chain issues


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Royal Tent USA is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional fees resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Undeliverable locations

  • Missed delivery appointments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.


Damaged Shipments

All orders are carefully packaged for safe transport. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, please inspect the shipment immediately.

To report shipping damage:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your Order Number

  • Include clear photos of the damage

  • Describe the issue in detail

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may result in a denied claim.
