Free shipping applies to standard ground or standard freight delivery only. Large tents and commercial structures may require freight delivery, LTL shipping, or curbside delivery depending on the size, weight, and delivery location.

Before signing for delivery, please inspect the packaging and shipment for visible damage. If damage is visible, note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.

Signing for a shipment without noting visible damage may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Damaged Shipments

All orders are carefully packaged for safe transport. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, please inspect the shipment immediately.

To report shipping damage:
