At Royal Tent USA, we take pride in producing premium, made-to-order tents designed specifically to your requested size, style, and specifications. Each product is manufactured upon order to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, durability, and customization.

As a result, all sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

We do offer a 2 year Manufacturers Warranty on all products.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Because our tents are custom-manufactured to order, they cannot be resold, reused, or restocked. This includes all frame tents, pole tents, stretch tents, saddle back tents, and custom event tent structures.

Reasons returns are not accepted:

• All products are made-to-order based on individual customer selections
• Each tent is produced with custom dimensions, features, and materials
• We uphold strict quality control and safety standards
• Returned items would no longer meet resale, safety, or customization guidelines
